DOUGLAS P. HILLIARD

Office Manager | Rental Coordinator

Douglas has been with Fox Equipment, LLC since 2022 and plays a key role in keeping our operation running strong. From handling office coordination to managing fleet logistics, Doug helps make sure our equipment is ready and our customers are taken care of.

He brings years of experience in office management and computer systems, along with a proud background in the United States Army, where he developed strong leadership and organizational skills. Doug is proud to be part of the Fox Equipment team and looks forward to helping the company continue to grow, including our expansion into Owosso, Michigan.

MIKE PIERCE

Service  Coordinator

Michael Pierce recently joined Fox Equipment, and plays a key role in keeping our service department running strong. From handling customer equipment repairs and coordination to managing fleet service requirements, maintenance and repairs, Mike makes sure our equipment is ready for rental and customer’s needs are met.

He brings years of experience as a service writer and fleet management coordinator, along with a proud background in strong leadership and organizational skills. Mike is proud to be part of the Fox Equipment team and looks forward to helping the company continue to grow.

KENNY ALLISON

Senior Service Technician / Shop Foreman

Kenny Allison recently joined Fox Equipment, and plays a key role as our Senior Service Technician.  Kenny overseas the daily mechanical services, repairs and maintenance on our rental fleet as well as customer equipment.

As the Senior Service Technician and Shop Foreman he organizes and delegates the needed repairs and services on equipment.  He has strong organizational skills and years of mechanical experience that light and heavy equipment and looks forward to helping the company grow.

JONATHAN LAMBRIGHT

Junior Service Technician

Jonathan serves as a Junior Service Technician at Fox Equipment, LLC. He plays a key role in servicing and maintaining our rental fleet, helping keep equipment running strong and ready for the job.

He takes pride in his work and in being part of the team — and he’s also proud to say he has the largest toolbox of all the shop techs. His dedication helps ensure our customers always have reliable, well-maintained equipment when they need it

WILSON MARTIN

Transportation Specialist

Wilson serves as one of our Transportation Specialists at Fox Equipment, LLC. He’s the guy making sure rental equipment gets where it needs to go — and gets back home safely when the job is done. He also transports customer-owned equipment as needed, treating every load like it’s his own.

Wilson safely operates our larger trucks, follows all traffic laws, and makes sure every piece of equipment is properly secured and delivered on time. If it’s strapped down and rolling down the road, there’s a good chance Wilson is behind the wheel.

He plays a key role in keeping our customers on schedule — and making sure nothing
“accidentally” takes the scenic route

Jonathan Fox Owner & Founder

Jonathan Fox founded Fox Equipment Rentals in May of 2017, with a strong work ethic and a clear vision: provide dependable equipment and honest service to the community. As Owner Jon oversees the company’s operations, finances, and growth, while staying involved in the day-to-day and working closely with customers.

With the support of a dedicated team, he has steadily grown the business and looks forward to continuing to build the company the right way — through hard work, reliability, and taking care of customers.
